Have you always wanted to learn how to knit but have struggled with getting started? Come learn the absolute basics of knitting from our fun and experienced knitting instructor. Already know how to knit but want to take some time out from your hectic life to knit in a social setting while relaxing with a glass of your favorite drink?
Ticket price includes one drink on us as well as all the supplies needed to begin your very own beginner knitting project such as scarves, dish cloths, wash cloths, trivets, baby blankets and more! You will be able to take your project home, including “take home needles” to continue to work on it. You are also welcome to bring your works in progress to any of our knitting classes to work on it with access to our knowledgeable artist’s expertise and enjoy a fun and relaxing creative environment!
Learn the knit stitch, garter stitch, and purl stitch, how to cast on and bind off, as well as how to add tassels/fringe, switch colors and so much more!
Don’t Worry! We are taking the necessary precautions to keep you and our staff safe. We will provide a safe, yet comfortable environment. Social distancing in effect for those who have not registered together, small class sizes, temperature scan at the door, and masks required when not seated.
Please arrive promptly for your session.
Seats must be reserved ahead of time by registering and paying on our website. We have plenty of street parking on Main Street. We are located diagonally across the street from Rite Aid with several lots in walking distance.
This class is most suitable for older teens and adults.
***There is now a 2 person minimum for all classes. If only one person has signed up, we will have to cancel that class. Registrants will be contacted by email and given a store credit to use for any future class of equal value.***
